If you thought going to a hotel spa was expensive, you thought wrong. One of the more well-known hotel spas in the Metro, EDSA Shangri-la's Chi offers luxury pampering at mid-tier prices. They offer the usual massage services but if we were to suggest, book yourself a package instead which gives you two services at a reduced rate.

I'M Onsen Spa at I'M Hotel
Don't you find it odd that you're usually hungry after a massage and that everything you eat tastes 100 times better? We don't know the science behind it either but if there's one place that can easily answer any hankerings post-massage, it's I'M Hotel and their spa. Guests have the option to avail of the I'M Onsen Spa's treatments a la carte, with afternoon tea, or a three-course dinner at one of the hotel's restaurants.

Le Spa at Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila

BlueWater Day Spa is known for its Theater Spa where guests can watch a movie while getting pampered. BlueWater Day Spa has an app of their own where you can easily book appointments at their many branches across the Metro, perfect for when you suddenly decide you need a little bit of pampering.

NUMI Wellness Spa
If you want a quick massage to relieve the tension after spending hours and hours going around the mall, you best head on to one of NUMI Wellness' branches. The mall-based spa offers your typical massage techniques but one of their more popular menu items is their NUMI Signature Foot Reflexology and Foot Massage. A bit of a warning though, if you're ticklish, we suggest you go for something else instead like Head, Shoulders, and Arms Reflexology service as they really work their magic getting all those knots and kinks out.
