POP MART Is Popping Back With a Second Pop-Up Store in Makati

(SPOT.ph) If the sold-out POP MART figurines—both online and in-store—are any indication, the blind box trend isn’t fading away anytime soon. And if you've maxed out all your luck trying to score Labubu, Hirono, and Crying Baby from the moment the first pop-up store at SM Mall of Asia opened until it closed, we bring you good news: POP MART Philippines just announced its second pop-up store.

Here's what we know so far about POP MART Philippines' second pop-up store

In a Facebook post by POP MART Philippines, the account announced its second pop-up store will be in Makati City, more specifically, on the 3rd Floor Concourse of SM Makati. Luckily, we don't have to wait for a loooong time as the POP MART pop-up store is opening at SM Makati on February 14—that's only a few days away if you think about it!

The teaser came with a photo of the new Crybaby collection, "Crying For Love." This series is currently sold online, via the Pop Mart Philippines' website, Shopee, and Lazada, but you need to be quick because stocks get completely wiped out before you can even check out. If this teaser hints at something bigger, fingers crossed we’ll get to shop Crybaby’s Valentine’s Day collection in person at the pop-up store—on Valentine’s Day, no less.

There’s no official word yet on how big the pop-up store will be. Bigger than the previous one at the SM Mall of Asia? We can dream! But more than that, we know fans are hoping for a standalone POP MART store, too. And with Mr. Jeremy Lee, POP MART’s Southeast Asian Go-To Market Director, teasing “big plans coming up” for 2025 during last year’s pop-up opening, hope is definitely in the air. So... Manifest, manifest, manifest!
