Flyweight uses boxing moves and equipment for their signature 45- and 60-minute classes, but it’s not like any boxing workout you’ve ever tried before. The whole workout consists of eight to 12 rounds where you’ll be doing a combination of shadow boxing, heavy bag work, and bodyweight exercises to get that blood pumping and that body moving.
