It’s not always easy getting the motivation you need to get more exercise in, but pairing fun calorie-burning activities with your favorite people might be just what you need to start a new healthy habit.

Bare Manila uses the “BLACK” workout method that combines weight training and high intensity interval training, so you and your friends can expect a killer workout. Flyweight uses boxing moves and equipment for their signature 45- and 60-minute classes, but it’s not like any boxing workout you’ve ever tried before. Ultra Lagree is a relatively new workout that’s quickly earning a loyal fan following. If you and your friends are up for a challenge, then what better activity to try than racing through an actual obstacle course?
