The squad that works out together, stays together!

(SPOT.ph) We’ve all probably put “get more exercise” on our New Year’s resolutions lists one time or another, and one of the best ways to actually follow through on that goal? Making exercise a fun group thing with friends! It’s not always easy getting the motivation you need to get more exercise in, but pairing fun calorie-burning activities with your favorite people might be just what you need to start a new healthy habit.

The whole workout consists of eight to 12 rounds where you’ll be doing a combination of shadow boxing, heavy bag work, and bodyweight exercises to get that blood pumping and that body moving.

Flyweight Boxing is at 2/F 8 Forbestown Road, Forbes Town Center, Burgos Circle, Fort Bonifacio. For more information, log on to Flyweight Boxing's website.
