Ride Revolution was one of the very first spinning studios to offer indoor cycling classes in the Metro, opening their first branch inside Steps Dance Studio in Poblacion. Their classes mostly revolve around high-intensity fast sprints as well as upper body workouts. If you really want to keep yourself committed to showing up to their spinning classes, you can buy their packages that include 10, 20, and even 30 sessions or more.

Elorde Boxing Gym

You can work up a good sweat doing a full-blown boxing workout that involves moving with the music. They have classes that involve shadowboxing or heavy bag work, while mixing in some core, bodyweight, and footwork exercises, so you’re covered from head to toe. Plus, instead of taking breaks between rounds, Flyweight PH makes you do bodyweight exercises so you really get the most out of your workout.
