You Can Now Access 2,000 Workout Videos on ClassPass for Free

(SPOT.ph) We recently rounded up some no-equipment workouts you can do at home as well as some workout studios offering free online classes. Add in the fact that the enhanced community quarantine has left everyone stuck at home and we can't help but ask: What else could be your excuse for not working out? We understand that exercise can be tedious and difficult, but incorporating a few minutes of physical activity into your day is essential for maintaining your overall health. Plus, it can be lots of fun and make you feel great! In case you need more convincing, we found another way to help you work out at home: fitness app ClassPass is now offering free fitness tutorials!
ClassPass is best known for its monthly subscription-based service that gives you access to fitness classes at studios and gyms near your area. Now, when you download their app (available on iOS and Android) and sign up—it's free to do both, don't worry—you'll be given access to 2,000 audio and video fitness tutorials. And yup, you won't have to spend a single peso! Note that you'll be required to input credit card information once you sign up, but you need not avail of any paid livestream classes and studio bookings if you don't want to. You can watch (and follow along!) tutorials for workouts like yoga, barre, Pilates, boxing, strength training, HIIT, cardio, dance, and more. It'll feel just like you attended a fun fitness class!
