The designs, in Custom 23 tees, show the fun and spirited basketball scene in the Philippines through the art of paper cutting: Mountains, trees, jeepneys, tricycles, the Bahay Kubo—a nod to the country’s culture—plus, of course, the instantly recognizable Jumpman and your classic Air Jordans, all in black-in-white. These images and designs were inspired by Abesamis' travels all over the Philippines.
You can stop by the store if you simply want to a glimpse of the exhibit featuring the shirt designs. Though fair warning, we are not responsible if you succumb to the urge of buying said shirts once you see and feel them in person. Window shopping? What’s that? You might even come home with a pair of shoes because really, who can resist walking away from their massive BGC shop without one? At the very least, you can wear it to your next game.
