SPOTTED: Kapitolyo's Favorite Bowling Alley Is Coming to Makati

(SPOT.ph) Looking for a way to destress after a long day at work? While most people would grab a couple of drinks and have some food with their colleagues, we've got an alternative proposition. Why not release all that pent-up frustration by knocking over some pins and shooting your shot at the pool table? Lucky for folks in the Kapitolyo, Pasig, and Mandaluyong area, they've got the ever-reliable Studio 300 right in their backyard for this very purpose. But it looks like workers from the Makati area might just get as lucky sooner rather than later as we've gotten word that a new Studio 300 outpost along Chino Roces is opening soon.

Here's what we know about the new bowling and recreational spot coming to Makati City:

In a series of social media posts, Studio300 teased a new location for their bowling center-slash-billiards hub. With photos of what appears to be the construction of a huge box-like outdoor facade and several bowling lanes, Studio 300 just gave us a glimpse of what is dubbed as Studio 300 Chino. 

In an exchange with SPOT.ph, representatives from Studio 300 have confirmed that yes, the new location is along Chino Roces Avenue in Makati. They have however not yet commented about an opening date as the launch is still "tentative." Based on our own investigation, we found that the exact location of  Studio 300 Chino is by the corner of Chino Rocess and EDSA Magallanes Southbound. 

As of now, the area is still covered by large barriers and tarpaulins but the signage for Studio 300 is already visible when passing by the Magallanes Flyover heading south.

But aside from housing their usual bowling lanes and billiards tables, the Studio 300 Chino Roces might also have an indoor football turf. In a post on their Facebook page, the Silangan Football Club—a group of football enthusiasts and players, teased an upcoming 28.5 x 16.5-meter indoor play area to be housed right beside the new Studio 300 bowling lanes and restaurant.

According to Silangan Football Club (SFC), "We are opening soon in Studio 300 Makati. Beside the bowling lanes and restaurant, an indoor football field with [sic] playing area [sic]  28.5 x 16.5 meters and [sic] outside area [sic] 30 x 18 meters can be found. We will launch SFC here."

It's really looking like Studio 300 Chino might just become the next hottest Makati after-work hangout. We'll keep our eyes peeled for more details but for now, let's keep our fingers crossed for the opening to come ASAP.
