In case you want to get active while waiting out the traffic jam, there are now fitness classes during weekdays at the Ayala Triangle Gardens for as low as P300.

Here are the different fitness classes you can take at the Ayala Triangle Gardens on weekdays:
Yeah, sure, there are lots of gyms in Ayala, but if you're afraid of the long-term commitment gyms usually require, these classes at the Ayala Triangle are a great alternative. With rates starting at P350 per session, you can try out different activities and find one that best suits your fitness goal before committing to a gym membership.
Some of the activities accept walk-in attendees, while others are strictly for reservation. There are also fitness classes that would require you to bring certain equipment like mats or bikes. Make sure to check the schedule for registration requirements and the necessary things to bring.
Pound®- Pound Classes
Schedule: Every Monday (starting on July 3) and Thursday (starting on July 20), from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Registration required. Register online.
Rates: P400/ Session. Book five tickets for P1900 (valid for one month) or an All-access unlimited pass for P2,900 (valid for one month).
POUND Rockout. Workout.®️ is a cardio jam session using Ripstix®️, which are lightly-weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for this exercise. Think of using drumming as a way of working out. This activity is designed for all fitness levels.

Aside from these weekday activities, Make It Makati is still keeping its regular weekend schedule for specific classes.

National Bicycle Organization: Push Bike Racing, NBO Bike Lessons, and Skating Lessons
Schedule: Every Sunday, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Register for biking lessons on this form online. Skating Lessons and Rentals also require pre-registration online.
Rates: P300/session each for biking and skating lessons
Kids and adults of all ages are encouraged to participate. As long as you don't know how to ride a bike or skate and you have a desire to learn, just register and attend the classes. Bikes are provided. Skates can be rented on-site, or you can also bring your own If you have your own gear and are already proficient in biking or skating, you may use the area free of charge.
HOPW Sports Outreach: Kids Fitness
Schedule: Every Sunday, from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
