(SPOT.ph) The holiday season is getting closer and closer. Wait, no, scratch that, we're in the Philippines so Christmas started September 1. As a Christmas-obsessed nation, there's no doubt quite a few of us have dreamed of a holiday with picturesque mounds of snow coating the streets, roads, and basically any surface you could imagine; a farfetched one in this tropical heat. Now, Christmas in our country is special even without snow—it's all about spending time with family and friends, reconnecting after a long year—but we totally get it if you're a smidgen salty about not having your winter wonderland experience. So you might want to check out Baguio Country Club's Christmas Village display this year, dubbed an "Oriental Winter Wonderland" experience—complete with artificial snow.

Here's all you need to know before visiting Baguio Country Club's Christmas Village:
The Baguio Country Club's Oriental Winter Wonderland is open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. until January 8, 2023. It features several lights displays, a snow show, and Asian-inspired landscapes set to make folks feel the winter holiday spirit right in the City of Pines.
Admission starts at P90 for adults and P50 for kids depending on the time of day you choose to visit. Reminders: bring your proof of vaccination to be allowed to enter; only vaccinated guests are allowed to roam the Christmas village; bringing in food and drinks to the village is prohibited; and guests must avoid wearing rubber slippers of any kind to the area.
Aside from the displays, you can also catch a nativity pageant, live musical performances, photo opportunities with Santa, Korean and Japanese cosplay characters, and many more. There's even a wishing wall where you can hang their personal wishes for the holiday season.
