Walang Aray is all-original Filipino musical based on the 1902 sarsuwela Walang Sugat by Severino Reyes. This modern musical upgrade is courtesy of multi-awarded playwright Rody Vera, with its music and lyrics by Vince Lim. Walang Aray refreshes the OG piece's narrative, describing the Filipinos' struggles under 333 years of Spanish occupation by highlighting romantic narratives and satirical storylines laced with social commentary.

Following a sold-out run in March, Para Kay B is back to give more audiences a chance to relive the Ricky Lee classic and watch its tangled love stories unfold live.

This production—directed by Yong Tapang Jr., by playwright Eljay Deldoc—weaves the entire Ricky Lee novel into one continuous narrative. It brings all five love stories to life as they weave in and out of each other—and into the world of their fictional author, Lucas—making the very process of writing both a central character and a clever storytelling device.

This September run sees Mario Magallona replacing Nicco Manalo as Lucas, Ava Santos as Bessie, Liza Dino, and new cast member Mosang Bagio alternating as Ester, Martha Comia as Irene, Sarah Garcia as Sandra, and Via Antonio as Erika. 

They are also joined by new cast member Phi Palmos as AJ, Manok Nellas and Sarina Sasaki alternating as Sara, Drew Espenocilla as Lupe, Esteb Mara, Jordan Pajara, Jay Gonzaga, Aldo Vencilao, Diving Aucine, and Air Paz.

Fresh from its sweep at the recently held Gawad Buhay Awards, where this production took home seven major awards—including Outstanding Musical—Pingkian is back for a run this September. 

This full-length production traces the life of Emilio Jacinto—better known as the “Brains of the Katipunan”—as he grapples with leadership, loyalty, and the shifting tides between the Philippine Revolution and the Philippine-American War.

This restaging brings back a powerhouse cast: Vic Robinson as Emilio Jacinto/Pingkian, Gab Pangilinan as Catalina de Jesus and Florencio Reyes, Tex Ordoñez-De Leon as Josefa Dizon, Kakki Teodoro as Jose Rizal, Paw Castillo as Andres Bonifacio, Almond Bolante as Pio Valenzuela, Joshua Cadeliña as Lucio/Isyo, and Marco Viaña as the Duktur.

After a two-week run last July, Dagitab returns to the stage in a larger venue. The show follows the marriage of Issey and Jimmy, two professors on the brink of separation after more than 20 years together. This stage production is based on the 2014 Cinemalaya flick Dagitab (Sparks), and was adapted and directed by multi-awarded playwright Guelan Luarca for the stage.

This re-run stars the original cast from July, which includes Agot Isidro and Jojit Lorenzo as Issey and Jimmy, alongside Elijah Canlas, Benedix Ramos, and Samantha Samarita.

Twelfth Night—Shakespeare’s comedy of love, confusion, and mistaken identities—is going to be staged under the open sky, free for the theater-loving public this October for one weekend only.

This staging by CAST PH stars Teia Contreras, Cholo Ledesma, Jillian Ita-as, Altair Alonso, Cathy Azanza-Dy, Tarek El Tayech, Dean Daniel Rosen, and Rafael Jimenez. They'll be taking on the characters Viola, Sebastian, Olivia, Count Orsino, and many more as they bring audiences to the fictional kingdom of Illyria, where they'll follow along with the characters as they navigate a complex love triangle ripe with disguises, cross-dressing, and misunderstandings.

ONE PIECE Music Symphony is a symphonic tribute to Luffy and the Straw Hats' two-decade journey.

Catch the tear-jerking swells of Mother Sea to the upbeat tunes of Overtaken in this concert experience, which will bring both longtime and casual fans into an IRL emotional odyssey through the Grand Line. Expect over 60 musicians from the Filharmonika Orchestra, led by a guest conductor, to perform Tanaka’s original score in sync with key scenes from the anime.

The Manila Philharmonic Orchestra's (MPO) anniversary concert combines rock and classical music in a single show.

The Sandbox Collective is bringing Side Show to the Philippine stage. This Broadway cult classic by Dreamgirls composer Henry Krieger and American playwright Bill Russel follows conjoined twins Violet and Daisy Hilton in their rise to fame in the 1930s vaudeville entertainment circuit.

This production features a powerhouse cast of theater veterans and rising talents, including comedian Jon Santos, Reb Atadero, CJ Navato, Krystal Kane, Molly Langley, Tanya Manalang, Mayrnor Madamesila, Tim Pavino, and Vien King, breathing fresh life into the original 1997 version of the Tony-nominated musical.

Into the Woods takes the fairy tales you thought you knew—Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Rapunzel—and gives them a darkly funny, musical twist. With music and lyrics by the legendary Stephen Sondheim, this Broadway favorite has racked up awards like the Tony for Best Score and a Grammy for Best Musical Theater Album back in 1988, plus an Olivier Award for its 2011 revival.

For its Manila run, the musical pulls out all the stops with Lea Salonga leading an all-star cast that includes Eugene Domingo, Arielle Jacobs, Josh Dela Cruz, Nyoy Volante, Mikkie Bradshaw-Volante, and more theater powerhouses.

Quomodo Desolata Es? Isang Dalamhati is a reimagined take and return to the stage of Nick Joaquin’s Classic Play "A Portrait of the Artist as Filipino." This revisit was written by Jerry Respeto and Guelan Varela-Luarca, who also serves as the director.

Set in 1941 pre-World War II Intramuros, Quomodo Desolata Es? Isang Dalamhati follows sisters Paula and Candida Marasigan as they deal with the slow unraveling of their once-privileged lives. With their fortunes fading and their father, Don Lorenzo—a once-celebrated painter—retreating into isolation, the sisters are left to confront grief, change, and the looming shadow of war.

The show stars Gab Pangilinan as Paula Marasigan and Delphine Buencamino as Candida Marasigan, with Omar Uddin, Vino Mabato, John Sanchez, and Brian Sy.

Sopranong Kalbo is Rolando Tinio's Filipino translation of The Bald Soprano, a French play written by playwright Eugène Ionesco.

The Bald Soprano is arguably one of the most important pieces of work in the Theatre of the Absurd, a dramatic genre that subverts theatrical convention and focuses on the meaninglessness of human existence. 

This means you can expect a good time filled with hilarious confusion when you catch this translated classic featuring Joel Macaventa, Miren Alvarez-Fabregas, Joseph Dela Cruz, Pickles Leonidas, Gold Soon, and Yan Yuzon.

Don Quixote is a popular ballet performed in three acts based on acts within Miguel de Cervantes' novel Don Quixote de la Mancha. It will also be Ballet Manila's closing show for their Pearl Season.

This ballet was originally choreographed by one of the most notable ballet masters in history, Marius Petipa, to the music of the Austrian composer of ballet music, Ludwig Minkus. 

The story features the titular Don Quixote, his sidekick Sancho Panza, and the lovers Kitri and Basilio. Ever a romantic and a sucker for chivalry, Don Quixote helps an innkeeper's daughter, Kitri, escape an arranged marriage with a rich nobleman to be with her beloved, Basilio, a barber. 

Ballet Manila's show features principal dancers from Russia’s Mariinsky Ballet: Kimin Kim, the first Asian male principal dancer of the company, and prima ballerina Renata Shakirova.

Kaliwaan, a Filipino translation of Harold Pinter’s Betrayal by Guelan Varela-Luarca. This production follows the original plot of Pinter's 1978 drama, which traces the unraveling of Robert and Emma’s marriage after Emma starts an affair with Jerry—Robert’s friend. This play covers nine years that play out in reverse chronological order, which allows audiences to follow along as we see details of the affair, how it blossomed, and how it was inevitably doomed from the start. 

Produced by Stages Production Specialists, Kaliwaan is directed by Loy Arcenas and stars Missy Maramara, Ron Capinding, and Nor Domingo.
