(SPOT.ph) We're still less than a month away from ending 2021 (a.k.a. the limbo year after the dreaded 2020), but the organizers of Art Fair Philippines have already posted a save-the-date for 2022. Manila's much-awaited art event is happening from February 23 to March 2. No one knows yet if it's happening online, much like the Metaverse-titled Art Fair Philippines 2021 (before Meta became Facebook's thing); or if we're finally returning to the expansive parking area-turned-art booths at The Link in Makati City.
Visayas Art Fair at Montebello Hotel in Cebu City and ALT Philippines at Finale Art File in Makati City both happened IRL, giving us some hope that Art Fair Philippines 2022 will go beyond our laptop screens once again.
