This New QC Café Has Treats Made Especially for the Goodest Furbabies

(SPOT.ph) There's a growing number of pet-friendly cafés and restaurants in and around the Metro, but establishments serving food actually made for cats and dogs are far and few between. If your dream is to enjoy a meal with your furbaby—not just sharing the bits and pieces from the meal you ordered, but an actual meal for your pet too—The Puppy's Kitchen has baked treats and desserts that were made with the good-est, best-est doggos and cattos in mind.

The new café opened at Eastwood Mall in Quezon City. And their dessert display shows all their dog- and cat-friendly offerings, from cookies, waffles, and pizzas. These can even be paired with a fruity wine that's also made for pets!

Puppy's Kitchen started out as an online shop that sells baked goodies for dogs and cats—and just this July, they opened their first ever physical café at Eastwood Mall. Paw-rents can bring their furbabies to this café, which is designed with pet-themed interiors, of course. You can let your beloved pet choose from the 18 homemade pet treats that are all developed by pet nutrition experts. Don't worry, the hoomans have a separate menu, but more on that later.

The pet menu includes Pup Chicken (P90) which is made with milk jelly; Coconut Sprinkle (P150) that's made of sweet potato coated in desiccated coconut; Chicken Pizza (P320) which is topped with chicken that pets can eat; Jerry Cheese Cake (P150) that looks like cheese but is made with pumpkin—bamboozled, much?; Bear Waffle (P90) and Fish Waffle (P90) which are Korean street food-inspired treats that they made with pumpkin; Milk Pudding Gum (P90) which contains vegetables and chicken; Dacquoise (P90) which is inspired by the French dessert; and the  Beef Liver Muffin (P130) that looks like it has chocolate chips in it, but it doesn't. It just tastes like it! They also have chewy Waffles (P80) and Oreos (P80) on the menu for dogs and cats too.

For the meaty treats, Puppy's Kitchen has Chicken Gizzard (P190), Beef Tendon (P220), Boneless Chicken (P200), Chicken Tenderloin (P280), Duck Gizzard (P220), Beef Liver Chip (P250), and Pork Tenderloin (P300). These are treats with pretty straightforward names, so you know what you're getting right off the bat!

Once you've ordered a treat for your pet, you can order it with pet-friendly wine from the Korean brand Withus Winery. They have dog wine in different flavors such as Jeju orange, mango, apple, strawberry, and blueberry wine, all priced at P200 per bottle.

For the hoomans, Puppy's Kitchen has coffee and non-coffee beverages to choose from. The snacks are limited to a Ham & Cheese Sandwich with Fries (P200), BLT Sandwich and Fries (P220), Club Sandwich and Fries (P250), Sweet Potato Chips (P30), and Sweet Banana Chips (P30).
