(SPOT.ph) If you’ve been on BeverageTok—you know that segment of TikTok that experiments with drink combinations, specifically on the Starbucks menu—you would be all too familiar with the Pink Drink. This drink has taken social media by storm with its promise of a refreshing fruity flavor that is essentially summer in a drink. Unfortunately for us, this drink hasn’t quite landed on our shores just yet, that is, until maybe tomorrow, July 26?

Starbucks PH teases new drink items. Could it be the Starbucks Pink Drink?
Earlier on July 25, Starbucks Philippines posted this cryptic little teaser on their social media pages and while no confirmation has been made, all signs are pointing to the Pink Drink finally making its local debut.
Starbucks Philippines has been teasing about two refreshing strawberry drinks for a while now but it's in this specific post where we draw hope. It's the only one that directly alludes to the Pink Drink.
What exactly is the Starbucks Pink Drink?
The Pink Drink is a crisp açaí refresher with accents of passionfruit combined with creamy coconut milk and topped with a scoop of strawberries. The combination of coconut milk and the Strawberry Açaí Refresher give the drink its signature pink hue. Much like any Starbucks drink it can be customized with additional toppings and sweeteners, the most common being sweet cream and vanilla pumps to give it that extra creamy layer and strawberry ice cream-like taste.

While not entirely new—it has been part of the regular beverage menu in the U.S. since 2017—the pink drink did gain a massive following on TikTok during the pandemic and has since been recently launched in other Starbucks regions such as the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, to name a few. To say they've been a hit in these places is an understatement, as people have been reporting worldwide that it has been difficult to get their hands on the drink as it's almost always sold out.
Fingers crossed we finally get a taste of that elusive Pink Drink! But Pink Drink or not, tomorrow is a good day to order the new beverages from your favorite Starbucks as they’re offering double stars whether you buy in-store, through the Starbucks app, or through GrabFood.
