(SPOT.ph) Making collages out of old magazines is an art class staple, but have you ever had to make a full costume from limited resources? The cast of the Black Sheep Production film The Panti Sisters—Paolo Ballesteros, Christian Bables, and Martin Del Rosario, with host Carmi Martin—try their hand at making outfits from cartolina and other materials in a short amount of time!
In a video entitled "The Panti Sisters Do The PANTIpid Challenge!", the three actors are tasked to create "an award-winning look" (a.k.a. full costume) out of the provided materials in just 15 minutes. Bables goes for a gold-and-yellow number, while Ballesteros opts for something more sultry with his red cartolina. Del Rosario, on the other hand, transforms his resources into a powder-blue tube and an eccentric headpiece.
The Panti Sisters follows the lives of three gay brothers, Gabriel (Ballesteros), Samuel (Bables), and Daniel (Del Rosario), who are summoned by their father (John Arcilla) for an important announcement. The Panti patriarch is ill and may soon pass, and as his final request and challenge, he promises to give the 100 million-peso inheritance to the first son that can give him a grandchild. The three brothers then take desperate measures to attract girls and emerge victorious.
The Panti Sisters is a Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino entry directed by Jun Robles Lana. Lana is also behind the 2016 Metro Manila Film Festival flick Die Beautiful, which also  stars Ballesteros and Bables.
