(SPOT.ph) Picture yourself elongating those muscles, improving your flexibility, improving posture, and feeling that satisfying burn in your core—that's what Pilates is all about. It's not as hard-hitting as HIIT sessions or Spartan workouts, but the mind-body exercise does show results over time, granted it is done constantly and consitently.
Pilates studios have always had a premium image attached to them, especially when you compare it to the likes of yoga. But think of that price tag as an investment. With a Pilates studio's specialized equipment, like the reformer, cadillac, and barrel, plus the experts that guide you along the way so that you don't injure any of your bones or muscles, it's well worth it.
If you're new to Pilates and want to embark on your "Pilates era," we've listed down studios' rates and locations that are, hopefully, close to where you live or work, because, of course, no one would want to spend more money on top of the studio fees.
