(SPOT.ph) Crazy. Overwhelming. Overwhelmingly crazy—this is what living in Metro Manila can be. You can’t seem to catch a break with all the stress in general. You gotta respect the hustle, but you also need to dedicate time to relax your mind and body. But what if you're in the middle of the Metro, where it is chaotic and full of concrete? Answer: Outdoor yoga classes.
Aside from improving your strength, balance, and flexibility, yoga also targets your within. It can help you relax, sleep, and get brighter moods, a.k.a some of the things a stressed-out worker living in the Metro lack daily. There are pockets of nature and zen that you can find amid all of it. We listed down a few yoga sessions you can join in the city, just in case you don’t have the time to go all the way out of town to breathe and de-stress.
Do take note that you may have to bring your yoga mats and blocks for some of these venues.
