Alabang Town Center Announces Store Closures, Openings
Zara and Anko are the public's top guesses.
(SPOT.ph) Alabang Town Center—or "Town," as the Southies like to call it—is a buzzy mall in Alabang offering a taste of Manila, sans the overbearing Metro traffic. Popular brands have already set up shop here, saving Southies a long drive all the way to the Metro. If you're still hoping for your favorite stores to make their way to ATC, then it might finally be happening. A handful of exciting stores are opening (and closing... temporarily) in the South mall soon. Check out what we know so far below:

Popular stores are slated to open in Alabang Town Center
Last Friday, ATC released a teaser on Instagram about the stores that are going to close and open in the mall soon. Up front are the brands "on break," which include Art Bar, Alberto, CMG, Designer Blooms, Hush Puppies, National Bookstore, and Pandora. Don't worry; these closures aren't permanent. According to Alabang Town Center, you won't have to miss these brands for too long, because they will be "back soon."
The logos of the new stores, however, are almost completely hidden in the post. But of course, avid shoppers and fans of the brands already had a few excellent guesses under the comments. First, Zara. A sliver of the easily distinguishable font (from the Didot font family, ICYDK) of Z from the Zara logo can be seen from the top left corner.
Anko, too, is one of the brands that fans recognized, courtesy of the purple font peeking out. If this is confirmed, it's only going to be the brand's second outpost in the Philippines, with the first one in Glorietta 2. We also think Stradivarius is going to be one of the stores opening in ATC with the treble clef logo at the bottom. Other brands that have been identified are Bershka and Pull & Bear. Let's see if any of these guesses hit the mark. There has been no confirmation from the Alabang Town Center yet, so let's keep our eyes peeled for now.
