This OG Local Vintage Store In Makati Is Now Atomic World

(SPOT.ph) Vintage enthusiasts know there's a spot in Makati to go to for rare vintage finds, and that's It's Vintage in Salcedo Village. They never miss with their selection of items—from old-school graphic tees and retro windbreakers, to sports jackets, and anything and everything vintage (thus, the name). But that's not all that there is going to be in its new, revamped store. From selling only vintage pieces, they're now home to more local items. And from It's Vintage, they're now Atomic World. They also have an online store to boot.

Atomic World opens its doors. 

Atomic World is nestled along San Agustin Street in Salcedo Village, Makati. The facade is hard to miss (though we're missing the plush-filled wall as a storefront window) with the hot pink sign featuring the brand's new name. The pop-up store is now open to the public. 

The inside is as colorful (both literally and figuratively) as you expect it to be. The sides are lined up with racks upon racks of clothes—both vintage and new items alike—and there are spaces dedicated to eclectic and quirky accessories and other anik-anik items and decor. 

According to Atomic World, the name It's Vintage feels "limiting," and they wanted to carry more than just vintage pieces. They now carry pieces Jos Mundo, Toqa, Spruce Books, Lyn Alumno, Suot, Ha.Mu, Salad Day, Shaira Luna, and a whole lot more inside the revamped space. Atomic World also has its own pieces that you can try out on your visit.

You'll be touched by nostalgia when you drop by for a visit, be it just to look around, chill on the plush-filled sofa, appreciate the decor, or try out the pieces and bring them home. Whether you're a vintage, art, music, or book enthusiast, they have it all. It's a whole new world, and so they're aptly named. Check out the store below:

If you cannot physically visit the store yet, or if you're not from the country, don't fret. You can still get your hands on Atomic World's catalog since they now have a website. They ship internationally. You can get a load of their baby tees or one-off pieces.
