Armscor in Marikina is known as a one-stop shop for shooting needs, but it's also a place where one can learn how to use traditional weapons. The Armscor's Traditional Weapons Experience (P300/person) offers a hands-on learning experience in archery and how to use a bow and arrow; shuriken and how to throw hand blades like a ninja; or axe-throwing and knife-throwing that uses special kinds of tomahawk axes and throwing knives—not at all the same knives you use in the kitchen. 

The P300 covers one of the three traditional weapons—archery, shuriken, or knife and axe-throwing. An archery lesson includes six bows, the shuriken offers six blades, while the knife-throwing and axe-throwing include five knives and five axes. If you do plan on going to Armscor Marikina for these, especially the knife and axe-throwing, make sure to wear closed footwear for your own (and your instructor's) safety.

The catch here is that Armscor Marikina is often packed and fully booked, it would be best to contact them to confirm if learning any of the traditional weapons is available on your preferred day
