Frozen-Themed Attractions Are Coming to Hong Kong Disneyland This Year

(SPOT.ph) If Hong Kong is on your travel bucket list this year or you're one of the lucky winners of the recent Hong Kong travel raffle by Cathay Pacific, you may want to add a stop at Hong Kong Disneyland, especially if you're headed there in the latter part of the year! Disney Parks finally confirmed the opening date of their newest themed area at Hong Kong Disneyland, that's inspired by the hit animated movies starring Elsa, Ana, Olaf, Sven, and Kristoff. World of Frozen is finally set to open on November 20.

Here's what we know about the World of Frozen at Hong Kong Disneyland:

Tell the guards to open up the gates because, for the first time in forever, Disney park guests will be able to take part in a "Summer Snow Day at the Kingdom of Arendelle."

Disney lyrics puns aside,  the World of Frozen is the first Disney attraction of its kind. It will be home to its own Arendelle castle along with multiple attractions, including the first Frozen-themed coaster, Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs, the Frozen Ever After boat ride, and a character experience at the Playhouse in the Woods. The themed land will also include a restaurant, merchandise outlets, and many other sights and thrills. 

Late in 2022, we got the first glimpse of this new park, but as we're nearing November, we now have actual footage and photos of the park in its current state of construction. 

Based on social media posts of the Disney Parks team, they are already conducting ride testing on the Wandering Oaken Sliding Sleighs rollercoaster, and TBH, it's got us excited! NGL, it looks thrilling!
