(SPOT.ph) Lashing out in rage rooms isn't the only way to reduce stress—there's also playing sports. If you like the idea of smashing your feelings out, you can do it on the court while playing pickleball, a type of racket sport that combines tennis, badminton, and table tennis. Ayala Malls Trinoma and Ayala Malls Vertis North are offering lessons on this racket sport on August 13 at the Trinoma Activity Center and on August 19 and 20 at Vertis North Activity North.
