(SPOT.ph) Flag carrier Philippine Airlines continues to make domestic travel more convenient in the Southern part of the country. Back in October, they announced an upcoming new route from Mactan-Cebu International Airport to the newly opened Loakan Airport in Baguio City starting on December 16. And starting on December 1, Cebuanos can start enjoying direct flights to Mindanao, specifically Cotabato City.

Cotabato Flights from Cebu

The flight from Mactan-Cebu International Airport to Cotabato City’s Awang Airport (PR 2223) is every Monday and Thursday at 5:20 a.m., while the flight back via PR 2224 is every Monday and Thursday at 11 a.m.
This is in addition to the existing journey from Cebu to Tawi-Tawi’s Sanga-Sanga Airport every Monday and Thursday at 5:20 a.m., and vice-versa on the same days at 9 a.m. Both flights have a brief stop in Cotabato City.
