OUBEY VR Experience

This analog art, created by Kubikfoto3, takes the viewers on a virtual ride into the world of OUBEY's paintings. Viewers are meant to see and explore the paintings as if they are in them—and not simply look at them from a framed canvas.

Encounters with OUBEY

Created by Dagmar Woyde-Koehler, this station takes us through five significant years when OUBEY encountered people from different professions, generations, and cultures. People featured in this series of shorts are doctors, professors, school kids, and a 10-year-old boy from Uganda.

Reflections of Oubey

This AI art is created by Juliana and Andrey Vrady. In a video, Vrady explains that there are sensors that read the viewers' facial expressions, get the average of the emotions, and are then turned into art. The art is generated from a code that visualized the emotions of OUBEY's art.

Magic Bowl

This installation lets viewers touch a silver ball, which transforms the art projected on the screen. As your hand touches the ball, the art changes colors and the amount of light that either shows or hides its details.

Genesis Video

Natialie Kiës' song is accompanied by a five-minute visual of OUBEY's Genesis art piece. Filmmaker Christopher Harrer created the video that zooms into the smaller details of Genesis before it gradually starts to show a wider view of the art.

The Polish musician created a song called "Mówić Przez Sen," which roughly translates to "Speaking Through A Dream" in English. This feels like a jazzy lullaby but with soft lyrics that include lines such as "You sing to me the dream about the time when I will be whole Where do I come from, where do I go?"

This 360° installation was first presented at The Mind Museum in Manila. The immersive installation lets parts of the analog painting slowly move around the three walls, while the fourth wall shows the entire piece throughout.
