Here's why you should visit Manam at the Ayala Triangle Gardens in Makati:
Sure, there are several Manam restaurants all over the Metro but don't count this out yet. Dubbed the brand's flagship branch, Manam at The Triangle is more than just the brand's biggest branch in a fancy address. For starters, check out their fresh look—which juggles both old and new.
Manam at the Triangle is a 164-seater space decked out in furniture and decor with Filipino elements—think wooden screens by the facade inspired by the windows of old Filipino homes, and pendant lamps in the dining area that reference the fishing nets used by local fishermen. The overall look of Manam's flagship store exudes subtle elegance, while paying ode to familiar sights in Philippine culture.
The swanky new spot was designed by famed Hong Kong-based architectural designer Sean Dix, who is known worldwide for collaborating with F&B brands to bring an artistic touch into their spots (he also recently did the interiors for Steak & Frice!). For Manam at the Triangle, Dix's goal was to bring a sense of something new while staying true to Manam's contemporary Filipino flair. He envisioned the space to give a feeling of "walking into a new memory" or seeing something familiar as if it were the first time.
As a treat for guests who want to dine in Manam at the Triangle sans waiting in line, you'll be glad to know that the flagship branch is the only branch that allows reservations and bookings up to three months in advance.
Bookings for brunch, lunch, merienda, and dinner for small to medium-sized groups (i.e., up to 15 pax) can be accommodated at Manam at the Triangle's different dining spaces: the al fresco Parkside Dining; the secluded dining area called Sulok; the Bibingka Bar; and the Main Dining Room. As Filipinos love to eat during important milestones, Manam at the Triangle can also be booked for celebrations like birthdays, anniversaries, and graduation parties.
What to order at Manam at the Triangle?
Manam House Crispy Sisig (P195), Crispy Pancit Palabok (P235), and Sinigang na Beef Short Rib and Watermelon (P290)
Superb visuals aside, Manam's main draw is still their food. Crowd favorites like the Manam House Crispy Sisig (starts at P195), the Crispy Pancit Palabok (starts at P235), and their Sinigang na Beef Short Rib and Watermelon (starts at P290) are still available here, but what's a fancy new address without new eats to boot?
House Lechon de Leche and Camias Rice (P9,900)
As the new location can cater to big groups, new branch-exclusive specials and pre-order meals for large parties are available. Feast on Manam's very own House Lechon de Leche and Camias Rice (P9,900), a platter of Cebu-style cochinillo with rice flavored with lechon drippings; or nibble on Prinilaw (P985), a kinilaw of ulang (freshwater prawn) topped with deep-fried prawn heads. Meat lovers can also fill their bellies with the Sinigang na Kurobota Pork Belly & Piña (starts at P665), whose fruity tamarind sinigang broth is made special with the addition of miso and charred pineapples.

Mango Colada (P435), Calamandan Club (P435), Mariang Bastos (P465), Pan de Regla (P165), Patis Caramel Tart (P365), Floating Calamandan Island (P310)
Pair these meals with Manam's selection of "Pampalamigs," or if you're feeling extra frisky, why not try the off-menu cocktails and special concoctions at the Bibingka Bar courtesy of the Moment Group's Bank Bar? Choose from three special tipples like the rum-powered Mango Colada (P435), gin-based Calamandan Club (P435), or the boozy Mariang Bastos (P465).
Be sure to save room for Manam's signature Minatamis or desserts. You can get an earthy-umami-sweet version of your corner bakery Pan de Regla (P165) by ordering Manam's version made with beets and day-old bread; those looking for something sweeter can opt for the Patis Caramel Tart (P365) with South Cotabato chocolate ganache and a dark cocoa crust. Alternatively, there's the Floating Calamandan Island (P310)—baked meringue with a zingy Calamandan crème anglais.
