Buns & Bros
Buns & Bros’ burgers are made special with buns and sauces that are made in-house. Their classic player, dubbed The New Kid (P180), gets a welcome butteriness from a brioche bun and a tangy secret sauce. For a more Japanese-inspired bite, try The Assassin (P225) with a roasted black sesame bun, cheddar cheese, shredded nori, miso sauce, and wasabi mayo. Another favorite is The Boss (P265), which has a black beer bun, homemade smoked bacon, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, and hickory barbecue sauce. It’s as decadent as it sounds, with the caramelized sweetness of the onions mingling with the rich foie and the slightly pungent cheese. But if you’d rather go for a comforting bite, they also make a mean Demi-Pound Classic Cheeseburger (P850) with tomatoes, greens, onions, and Fontina cheese. You can order via phone or through this online form; note that there’s a minimum order of P1,000, and deliveries are done every day except Wednesdays, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can pay via Paypal, or BDO or Metrobank bank transfer.

But if you’re looking to take it to the next level, their Bacon Mushroom Melt (P335) makes an especially fine choice. Fans of grilled cheese will want to try their Nokal Party Melt (P335) as well, which replaces the usual buns with slices of bread that are pressed for a crisp-on-the outside, juicy-on-the-inside sandwich.
