(SPOT.ph) Right in the darkest of times (cough 2020 cough), we received a sliver of good news in the form of a new Harry Potter theme park opening in Japan in 2023. Fast forward to today and we finally have more details about the new attraction. Potterheads, rejoice! The Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo - The Making of Harry Potter is finally opening its doors on June 16. You can immerse yourself in the magical world of HP and Fantastic Beasts with rates starting at JPY 6,300 or roughly P3,150.

Here's everything we know about the Harry Potter Theme Park in Tokyo:

Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo - The Making of Harry Potter is a brand-new attraction that lets Potterheads step into the scenes of the spellbinding movies and discover secrets of the Wizarding Movie World. Guests of all ages have the chance to walk through different locations like the Great Hall, Hogwarts Express, The Forbidden Forest, Diagon Alley, and many more.

Tourists can start booking their tickets to the attraction starting March 22. All transactions must be done online through the official website. No tickets will be sold on-site as guests are advised to book in advance for a specific time and date before they go. Ticket prices start at JPY 6,300 for adults (P3,150), JPY 3,800 (P1,900) for kids aged 4 to 11, and JPY 5,200 (P2,600) for kids aged 12 to 17 accompanied by a paying adult.

The attraction will feature displays of actual costumes, props, and sets used in the movie franchise. Not only that, guests will also be able to experience first-hand the movie magic that goes into making the flicks through interactive activities and games featured in the books and movies. Think getting the chance to fly on a broomstick, play quidditch, or become a moving portrait in Hogwarts.

The Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo - The Making of Harry Potter will be the largest indoor Harry Potter attraction in the world and the first Warner Bros. Studio Tour to open in Asia. This new theme park is in Nerima, Tokyo, reportedly at the site of the old Toshimaen Amusement park. It is easily accessible via Toshimaen Station, which is just two minutes away.
