(SPOT.ph) As the saying goes, "The heart wants what it wants." When it comes to stuff you really want to buy though, what can the heart do if the wallet cannot provide? Like, say, a trip to Japan. If you don't mind traveling all the way to Pampanga, Cebu Pacific is launching daily flights from Clark International Airport to Narita International Airport, starting this month.
