Here are all the changes happening to Sunlight Air's operations:
In a move designed to "revolutionize travel" and "refine [their] services to ensure the best experience possible for customers," Sunlight Air is moving most of its operations to Clark International Airport starting April 1.
This move sees all flights between Manila and Coron, Siargao, Naga, and San Vicente operating exclusively to and from Clark International Airport, including their newest nonstop service to Boracay. Only flights to and from Cebu will continue to operate at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 4 following the April 1 move.
Don't worry. The change isn't happening overnight. For flights on or before March 31, Sunlight Air will still operate out of its current hub at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 4. But passengers are still advised to double (or even triple-check) their e-mails for any possible changes to their flight departures, including possibly flying out of Clark last minute. During the transition period, a free shuttle service from Manila to Clark and vice-versa will be available for affected passengers.
In addition to this change, Sunlight Air is discontinuing its flights to and from Camiguin effective April 1.
What should passengers do if the Sunlight Air airport change affects their travel plans?
There's no denying that changes like this can throw a wrench into an already laid-out travel plan. Should these adjustments disrupt your itinerary, Sunlight Air offers you the flexibility to either rebook dates and/or destinations, request a refund, or choose a travel fund. To avail of any of these services, affected passengers are advised to email sales@asiapacific.ph or fill out this online request form.
