(SPOT.ph) With the sheer amount of new attractions and tours in Hong Kong, including the opening of Hong Kong Disneyland's Frozen attraction, the region is shaping up to be a top destination for Filipinos in the post-pandemic era. To keep up with passenger demand, more airlines are adding the Manila to Hong Kong route to their lineup. Case in point, Hong Kong-based airline Greater Bay Airlines is starting its Manila to Hong Kong and vice-versa flights starting this November.

Here's what we know about this new airline from Manila to Hong Kong:
Starting November 8, you can take Greater Bay Airlines to fly to Hong Kong or Manila. The Hong Kong airline is expanding its coverage by including Manila in its roster of destinations.
The airline will run five weekly flights from HK to Manila and back on board a Boeing 737-800. The all-economy flights follow a 3x3 seating configuration with a few seats offering extra legroom.
The direct flight will take approximately two hours and 10 minutes. Here are the schedule of flights for Greater Bay Airlines:
Hong Kong International Airport to Ninoy Aquino International Airport
Flights are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
- ETD: 11:50 p.m.
- ETA: 2 a.m.
Ninoy Aquino International Airport to Hong Kong International Airport
Flights are scheduled on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- ETD: 3 a.m.
- ETA: 5:10 a.m.
Based on initial booking attempts, flights on Greater Bay Airlines start at HKD 500 or approximately P3,600. Add-ons like extra baggage allowance, rebooking, and refunds can be used to upgrade the basic ticket for an additional fee.
Greater Bay Airlines is a Hong Kong-based carrier that first started in 2020. The airline had its inaugural flight from Hong Kong to Bangkok in July 2022. Currently, the airline flies to numerous destinations, including Bangkok, Tokyo, Osaka, Taipei, Seoul, and Ho Chi Minh City.
