(SPOT.ph) ICYMI, Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal are now under one "General Community Quarantine Bubble" dubbed "NCR+" from March 22 to  April 4. Indoor dining in restaurants are prohibited; restaurants are only permitted to open for al-fresco or outdoor dining, aside from takeout and deliveries. Your best bet for now is to stay home—but if you must eat out, we've rounded up establishments with outdoor dining in Metro Manila.
